Return policy
Clothing and items sold on our online store are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your order, we will be happy to work with you to find a solution. Please review our terms and conditions to see if the issue in question falls within the range of acceptable variations. Since our items are handmade and custom-made, variations may occur from order to order, or from piece to piece.
Items and clothing are not refundable if there is a size problem. Since all clothing is printed and sewn to order, we cannot replace or remake it if the size ordered is not the right one. Please choose the appropriate size based on our measurement charts.
In order to resolve issues with a defective garment or item, we must be notified within a reasonable time of the product's shipment date. You can contact us through our website and we will respond as soon as possible. For any issues with an order, we must be contacted within ten days of the shipment date for Canada and the USA or within fifteen days for international orders or we may not be able to resolve the issue.
If there is an error with your order or you wish to make changes after placing your order, you must contact us within eight hours of placing the order or the next business day if the order was placed over the weekend.
When contacting us with a problem, please make sure to include reference photos. You can contact us with your photos and comments.
Also include the order number in the email you send to us.

Returned items must not have been washed, worn or altered.
Credit for returned items will be refunded to your account in the form of the payment method used to purchase the item. You should receive an email confirming the refund.
ITEMS ON FIRM SALE
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items. Sale or clearance items are considered final sale.
All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Returns must be made within 30 days.
A product with sewing or printing errors can sometimes slip through the mesh. Here is a list of potential problems:
1.A product with a small technical error is shipped, such as a defect on a pair of leggings.
2.A product with a major technical error is shipped and cannot be worn.
3.A product with a major printing defect is shipped.
4.A bulk order is shipped, with many printing defects.
5.A tracked order appears to be stuck in transit.
6. An order without tracking (international) seems to be stuck during transport.
7. An order was returned due to an address error.
8. An order was damaged during transport.
9.The wrong item was shipped.
